/4 cup coconut oil, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 1/3 cup plain yogurt (we love coconut yogurt!), 1/2 cup water, and one Holiday Baking Mix. Want some extra spice? Add 4 tbsp molasses. Stir all ingredients until just combined, then pour into pre-greased loaf pan. Bake at 350°F/177°C for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan. *Makes one 9x5 loaf

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease loaf pan with coconut oil. Mash 4 ripe bananas and blend with 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/4 cup non-dairy milk. Add entire box of mix! Blend until just combined. Mix in a handful of chopped walnuts. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan before eating.

Fill a squeeze bottle with batter and draw a crescent moon shape, then fill shape in with batter. Lower heat slightly. When the first bubbles start to pop and the pancake becomes golden brown, flip!

Slowly pour a third of your mix into waffle iron and close the lid. Let sit until the light goes off or your waffle is cooked to desired doneness. Serve with your favorite toppings. *Makes 3 waffles
